I have a friend that stays there and code enforcers been there they do not fix those apartments up they got bug infested bed bugs I wouldn't live there if they gave me free rent

I have been living here since 2015, and I can confidently say that the past year has been the best. The courtyard is free of trash, I can walk around safely, the laundry room is consistently clean, and the new cameras installed on the property add an extra layer of security. Jenny has addressed every issue in my apartment, and even though I was initially hesitant to move, she and Alfonso have truly made it feel like home again. Don't let outdated reviews deter you from this hidden gem.

We lived here for five years once this new manger came she had great attitude and what ever u need to fix they fix it for u and same as the maintenance both of them are great now the complex is better we thank the boss that she send this great manger we were planning to move out when the old manger was here then once the new manger we are staying and we are happy.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! If I could give no stars I would. Very nasty community I lived here for 4 months and couldnât take anymore the unit was tolerable at first glance and we needed a place so went with it. After the first day we seen hundreds of cockroaches everywhere in the unit outside had multiple rats running through and all the windows are full of mold! Oh and also if you have two cars they only give one parking spot per apartment and thereâs only two visitor spots for the whole complex that always are taken. I have three young children and this place was effecting their health.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS. They have tons of cockroaches , ants and mold. The kids that live there are destructive & the manager is VERY incompetent. It is also NOT a safe place for kids to run as the cars speed through there. Do not fall for the niceness of the manager & the pictures you see of your possible first apartment. You will be highly disappointed & itâll be even worse if you do have kids. The mold is severe & so are the ants.
