Very unprofessional manager The maintenance guy has no clue what he's doing, but neither does the management. We lived there for 8 months too long. Two different apartments, both had water coming inside from the rain Which of course, caused really bad mold issues in both places. They moved us from one damage apt to another. Code Enforcement has shut down, both of those apartments now. Until they get it fixed. They hire cut-rate people to do the painting so half the cabinets and cupboards can't even open because they paint them shut, No light bulbs the toilets and sinks backup. I mean, the list goes on and on, it's like a nightmare living there. One thing after another.They give bogus "hot water" bills.
On top of regular water sewage and garbage bill, which changes every month. The complex always has trash everywhere. Kids run around breaking windows, damaging cars. The roaches and the rats are huge and everywhere. Inside of the place they try to paint it a darker color so you can't really notice all the water damage in the ceilings and the walls. We constantly had hot scorching water. This place should be completely torn down and condemned. I do not recommend this place, But they will pretty much take anybody with money in hand. No credit check. No background check. There's no telling who your neighbors are.
I know it's not the owner that is getting back to these reviews. It is the manager Ashley who is horrible at her job and is a liar. She needs to find new kind of work. The owner of the place is a corporation, and they do nothing. They answer no phone calls they dont care about the property or the tenants they just want all your money. Moved out a couple of months ago and found a much better place. I know you can too.
