The issues written here are completely TRUE, the hot water is scalding hot and dangerous and they charge for water and an additional amount they call a "water energy". Have complained about issues since moving in , in February. Cars of tenants and their visitors get towed illegally. There are RODENTS and have gotten in engine twice( Resulting in costing $$$$ to fix car) since the dumpster is never in the dumpster area where it is supposed to be, pretty sure thats a health violation, and mgmt. refuses to help or accomodate another parking space. In Kitchen cabinets and drawers broken since move in, also light fixture do not work or are unsafe. Water damage in bedroom on outer bedroom wall when it rained. Never received a correct mailbox or key for about 5 months. There are no screens on any window or sliding door in unit . In July when it was 113 the unit was unlivable due to Air conditioning unit, The mgmt. refused to give an eta on when it would be fixed. Had to live somewhere else for over 7 days until air conditioning was replaced, but rent was paid. The pool did not open until after July heat wave and is not open now. The issues are ongoing and many. The mgmt. is unprofessional with no sense of helpfulness or understanding and threaten to evict every opportunity they can find in retaliation to their tenants " just trying to survive", even if you pay your rent. Unfair and manipulative business practices are happening and the management will retaliate against its tenants.
UPDATE: The management has been notified multiple times. The master bedroom in unit has been flooded since November and owners and management have done nothing to help with situation. Rats have gotten in engine 2 times and car towed again. As the parent of a single mother who just had surgery and is supposed to be in recovery the mental, emotional and financial stress this is causing my family is overwhelming. This business uses retaliation, manipulation and unfair business practices.
